Mr. Pendray was born in Coral Gables and earned a Bachelors degree in political science from Florida State University. Upon graduation, he attended business school at the University of Miami and received a Masters degree with a specialization in public administration.
Mr. Pendray has over 15 years of experience in financial advising and personal investment banking with some of the most well regarded firms in the world including internships at Dean Witter, Bear Stearns and Paine Webber, and subsequently advising high net worth clients as a consultant at Wachovia, AG Edwards and CitiGroup. His experience encompasses banking, financial planning, trusts, insurance, lending and other core competencies within the financial services arena.
Mr. Pendray holds various industry credentials including securities licensure in Series 6/FINRA and Series 65/FINRA, insurance licensure in life and variable annuities, and the distinguished Certified Structured Settlement Consultant designation through the NSSTA program developed in conjunction with the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business Executive Education Program. He is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative with Evolve Securities and any securities are placed through Evolve Securities, Inc., a member of FINRA/NFA/SIPC (www.FINRA.org).
Mr. Pendray is a fourth generation Miamian and practices in Dade County, Florida. He is an active advocate of both his trial attorney and plaintiff clients and as such is a member of the Miami Dade Justice Association, the Florida Justice Association, and the American Association of People with Disabilities. Additionally, he is passionate about working with children and serves on the board of the Greater Miami Boys and Girls Club, as well as in a volunteer youth leader capacity at his parish, Saint Thomas Episcopal in Coral Gables. He counts himself blessed to be an uncle to five nephews.
