Jennifer D'Andrea-Terreri

Jennifer is an independent Settlement Consultant and Mediator with 16 year’s experience in the insurance, financial and legal fields. She works with plaintiffs and their attorneys attending mediations and settlement conferences as required in the negotiation and resolution of personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability cases, as well as class action lawsuits. Additionally, she has conducted countless individual needs analyses, designed extremely complex life care plans and is experienced in securing the sustainability of a client’s needs often over the course of their lifetime.

While Jennifer’s Mediation specialty is in personal injury, as a Certified Mediator she also facilitates community mediation including Supreme Court and Small Claims, Workplace disputes, Commercial and Contract, Consumer/Merchant, landlord-Tenant, Peer/School Disputes, and more.

Prior to structured settlements and mediation, Jennifer worked in insurance sales and continues to offer various products in conjunction with structured annuities.

A military brat, Jennifer grew up at Marine Corps base Camp Lejeune. Through her personal experiences and work in the community she recognized the needs of Military Families and Veterans and thus Founded 501(C)(3) not for profit S.E.R.V. NIAGARA. S.E.R.V. NIAGARA is the only organization in Niagara County New York to provide housing exclusively for homeless and disabled Veterans and their families, while providing a uniquely structured program to educate, employ, empower and promote healing.

Jennifer is a liaison in the Lockport City Treatment Courts, Niagara County Veterans Court, and speaks on social issues such as substance abuse, domestic violence and the effects on children and families. She is a member of NIMAC (Niagara Military Affairs Council), Congressman Chris Collins' Veteran Advisory Board, Niagara County Judges and Police Executive Conference, and NSSTA (National Structured Settlement Trade Association).

Jennifer has recently been honored with the 2016 Unsung Hero Award presented by the National Coalition for Homeless Veterans in Washington DC, is a 2015 Congressional Medal of Honor Citizen Honors Finalist for Service Acts, and the 2014 recipient of the Community Support Award sponsored by the Lockport Business Association. After living out of the country for five years, Jennifer returned to the United States and now resides in Western New York.
