Mitchell H. Kobil Princeton New Jersey Millennium Settlement Consultant

Mitchell H. Kobil is President of Lifetime Investment Advisors, LLC, a financial planning and structured settlement company affiliated with Millennium Settlements. Mitchell specializes in providing settlement planning and services for personal injury claims, including medical malpractice, product liability, and worker’s compensation. Mitchell also arranges for advance settlement funding, lien resolution services, Medicare Set Aside (MSA) analysis, and private health insurance coverage.

Mitchell’s experience includes attending mediation and court settlement conferences, in which he provides negotiation support by employing tax-advantaged structured settlements. Mitchell is able to offer a wide range of structured settlements, including fixed and variable annuities, as well as alternatives, to suit the person’s particular financial needs and objectives. In so doing, Mitchell is able to evaluate the person’s needs for Medicaid and/or SSI eligibility, and asset protection, and arrange for the establishment of trusts as appropriate to complement the tax-exempt benefits of certain structured settlements. Additionally, he provides insurance and investment services for the person following settlement to meet his/her needs for protection against loss of primary caregiver, long-term care, and for investment of the cash portion of settlement.

Prior to entering the insurance/financial services industry, Mitch was employed as an electronics engineer in the defense industry for 20 years. He obtained a B.S.E.E. from Rutgers University, and M.S. from George Washington University. Mitch holds licenses and appointments as a Life, and Health & Accident insurance broker.

Testimonials:

"From my perspective, structuring a portion of my fee out of the settlement proceeds of the case we worked together on several years ago was the smartest move I ever made. With Mitch Kobil's help, I put together a financial plan that provided my three children with an ample amount of money to subsidize their entire college educations. This was of great benefit to me as it gave me tremendous piece of mind knowing that the one of the greatest costs and causes of worry a man of my age encounters is subsidizing his children's education. Having that taken care of allowed me to begin putting more substantial sums in my retirement account giving me hope I can retire at a younger age than I initially anticipated."
