Alan Heisser

Alan joined Millennium Settlement Consulting (now Sage Settlement Consulting) in 2014 as a Settlement Consultant. For over 20 years, he has worked with attorneys and their clients on many types of cases including Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death, Workers’ Compensation, Employment, Class Action, and Mass Tort cases. Alan understands the important and complex financial decisions that face individuals and families who are receiving settlements. He advises attorneys and their clients about structured settlement options and helps law firms navigate the complexities of settlement-related issues including Lien Resolution, Medicare Set-Asides, and Trusts.

In 2012, Alan collaborated with the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee for the BP Deepwater Horizon Economic and Property Damage Settlement Fund to help develop its claimant structured settlement program. He was also the first court-appointed structured settlement broker to provide structured settlements for these claimants.

Alan is the co-founder of the Cops & Jocks annual charity golf tournament that has raised over $1,000,000.00 for local charities and scholarships in Lake Charles, LA.
